ഉദയസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെയും, അസ്തമനസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെയും രക്ഷിതാവാകുന്നു അവന്. അവനല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു ദൈവവുമില്ല. അതിനാല് ഭരമേല്പിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടവനായി അവനെ സ്വീകരിക്കുക.(9)
(9) رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَاتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيلًا
(He Alone is) the Lord of the east and the west, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). So take Him Alone as Wakil (Disposer of your affairs).(9)
