ഞാനിതാ ഭൂമിയില് ഒരു ഖലീഫയെ നിയോഗിക്കാന് പോകുകയാണ് എന്ന് നിന്റെനാഥന് മലക്കുകളോട് പറഞ്ഞ സന്ദര്ഭം (ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക). അവര് പറഞ്ഞു: അവിടെ കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കുകയും രക്തം ചിന്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവരെയാണോ നീ നിയോഗിക്കുന്നത്? ഞങ്ങളാകട്ടെ നിന്റെമഹത്വത്തെ പ്രകീര്ത്തിക്കുകയും, നിന്റെപരിശുദ്ധിയെ വാഴ്ത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവരല്ലോ. അവന് (അല്ലാഹു) പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള്ക്കറിഞ്ഞുകൂടാത്തത് എനിക്കറിയാം.(30)
(30) وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً ۖ قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ ۖ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Verily, I am going to place (mankind) generations after generations on earth." They said: "Will You place therein those who will make mischief therein and shed blood, - while we glorify You with praises and thanks (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners) and sanctify You." He (Allah) said: "I know that which you do not know."(30)
