ഇവര്ക്ക് മുമ്പ് നാം പല തലമുറകളെയും നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്ന വസ്തുത ഇവര്ക്ക് നേര്വഴി കാണിച്ചില്ലേ? അവരുടെ വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലൂടെ ഇവര് സഞ്ചരിച്ച് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നല്ലോ. തീര്ച്ചയായും അതില് ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുണ്ട്. എന്നിട്ടും ഇവര് കേട്ട് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നില്ലേ?(26)
(26) أَوَلَمْ يَهْدِ لَهُمْ كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ مِنَ الْقُرُونِ يَمْشُونَ فِي مَسَاكِنِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ ۖ أَفَلَا يَسْمَعُونَ
Is it not a guidance for them, how many generations We have destroyed before them in whose dwellings they do walk about? Verily, therein indeed are signs. Would they not then listen?(26)
