നിങ്ങള് നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവിന്റെ അടുത്തേക്ക് മടങ്ങിച്ചെന്നിട്ട് പറയൂ. ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവേ, താങ്കളുടെ മകന് മോഷണം നടത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങള് അറിഞ്ഞതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് മാത്രമാണ് ഞങ്ങള് സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. അദൃശ്യകാര്യം ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് അറിയുമായിരുന്നില്ലല്ലോ.(81)
(81) ارْجِعُوا إِلَىٰ أَبِيكُمْ فَقُولُوا يَا أَبَانَا إِنَّ ابْنَكَ سَرَقَ وَمَا شَهِدْنَا إِلَّا بِمَا عَلِمْنَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِلْغَيْبِ حَافِظِينَ
"Return to your father and say, 'O our father! Verily, your son (Benjamin) has stolen, and we testify not except according to what we know, and we could not know the unseen!(81)
