യാതൊരു അറിവുമില്ലാതെ ദൈവമാര്ഗത്തില് നിന്ന് ജനങ്ങളെ തെറ്റിച്ചുകളയുവാനും, അതിനെ പരിഹാസ്യമാക്കിത്തീര്ക്കുവാനും വേണ്ടി വിനോദവാര്ത്തകള് വിലയ്ക്കു വാങ്ങുന്ന ചിലര് മനുഷ്യരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുണ്ട്. അത്തരക്കാര്ക്കാണ് അപമാനകരമായ ശിക്ഷയുള്ളത്.(6)
(6) وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًا ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُهِينٌ
And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah, the Verses of the Quran) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire).(6)
