അപ്പോള് അവര് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നിഷേധിച്ചുതള്ളി. അതിനാല് ഭൂകമ്പം അവരെ പിടികൂടി. അങ്ങനെ അവര് തങ്ങളുടെ വീടുകളില് വീണടിഞ്ഞവരായിത്തീര്ന്നു.(37)
(37) فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ
And they belied him [Shu'aib (Shuaib)], so the earthquake seized them, and they lay (dead), prostrate in their dwellings.(37)
