മദ്യങ്കാരിലേക്ക് അവരുടെ സഹോദരനായ ശുഐബിനേയും (നാം അയച്ചു) അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവെ ആരാധിക്കുകയും, അന്ത്യദിനത്തെ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുവിന്. നാശകാരികളായിക്കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങള് ഭൂമിയില് കുഴപ്പമുണ്ടാക്കരുത്.(36)
(36) وَإِلَىٰ مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَارْجُوا الْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ
And to (the people of) Madyan (Midian), We sent their brother Shu'aib (Shuaib). He said: "O my people! Worship Allah, and hope for (the reward of good deeds by worshipping Allah Alone, on) the last Day, and commit no mischief on the earth as Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts).(36)
