ലൂത്വിന്റെ അനുയായികളെ നിങ്ങളുടെ രാജ്യത്ത് നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കുക, അവര് ശുദ്ധിപാലിക്കുന്ന കുറെ ആളുകളാകുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞത് മാത്രമായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജനതയുടെ മറുപടി.(56)
(56) ۞ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
There was no other answer given by his people except that they said: "Drive out the family of Lout (Lot) from your city. Verily, these are men who want to be clean and pure!"(56)
