നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് ഒരു വാക്കും നിശ്ചിതമായ ഒരു അവധിയും മുമ്പേ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നുവെങ്കില് അത് (ശിക്ഷാനടപടി ഇവര്ക്കും) അനിവാര്യമാകുമായിരുന്നു.(129)
(129) وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِنْ رَبِّكَ لَكَانَ لِزَامًا وَأَجَلٌ مُسَمًّى
And had it not been for a Word that went forth before from your Lord, and a term determined, (their punishment) must necessarily have come (in this world).(129)
