അവന്റെ (നാശത്തിനു) ശേഷം നാം ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളോട് ഇപ്രകാരം പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു: നിങ്ങള് ഈ നാട്ടില് താമസിച്ച് കൊള്ളുക. അനന്തരം പരലോകത്തിന്റെ വാഗ്ദാനം വന്നെത്തിയാല് നിങ്ങളെയെല്ലാം കൂട്ടത്തോടെ നാം കൊണ്ടു വരുന്നതാണ്.(104)
(104) وَقُلْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ اسْكُنُوا الْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ جِئْنَا بِكُمْ لَفِيفًا
And We said to the Children of Israel after him: "Dwell in the land, then, when the final and the last promise comes near [i.e. the Day of Resurrection or the descent of Christ ['Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) on the earth]. We shall bring you altogether as mixed crowd (gathered out of various nations). [Tafsir Al-Qurtubi, Vol. 10, Page 338](104)
