നൂഹിന്റെ ശേഷം എത്രയെത്ര തലമുറകളെ നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്! തന്റെ ദാസന്മാരുടെ പാപങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് സൂക്ഷ്മമായി അറിയുന്നവനും കാണുന്നവനുമായി നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തന്നെ മതി.(17)
(17) وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنَ الْقُرُونِ مِنْ بَعْدِ نُوحٍ ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ بِذُنُوبِ عِبَادِهِ خَبِيرًا بَصِيرًا
And how many generations have We destroyed after Nuh (Noah)! And Sufficient is your Lord as an All-Knower and All-Beholder of the sins of His slaves.(17)
