ഒരു യാത്രാസംഘം വന്നു. അവര് അവര്ക്ക് വെള്ളം കൊണ്ട് വരുന്ന ജോലിക്കാരനെ അയച്ചു. അവന് തന്നെ തൊട്ടിയിറക്കി. അവന് പറഞ്ഞു: ഹാ, സന്തോഷം! ഇതാ ഒരു ബാലന്! അവര് ബാലനെ ഒരു കച്ചവടച്ചരക്കായി ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ചു. അവര് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചിരുന്നതിനെ പറ്റി അല്ലാഹു നല്ലവണ്ണം അറിയുന്നവനാകുന്നു.(19)
(19) وَجَاءَتْ سَيَّارَةٌ فَأَرْسَلُوا وَارِدَهُمْ فَأَدْلَىٰ دَلْوَهُ ۖ قَالَ يَا بُشْرَىٰ هَٰذَا غُلَامٌ ۚ وَأَسَرُّوهُ بِضَاعَةً ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ
And there came a caravan of travellers; they sent their water-drawer, and he let down his bucket (into the well). He said: "What good news! Here is a boy." So they hid him as merchandise (a slave). And Allah was the All-Knower of what they did.(19)
