എന്നാല് അവരെ ഓര്മപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നത് അവര് മറന്നുകളഞ്ഞപ്പോള് ദുഷ്പ്രവൃത്തിയില് നിന്ന് വിലക്കിയിരുന്നവരെ നാം രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തുകയും, അക്രമികളായ ആളുകളെ അവര് ധിക്കാരം കാണിച്ചിരുന്നതിന്റെ ഫലമായി നാം കഠിനമായ ശിക്ഷ മുഖേന പിടികൂടുകയും ചെയ്തു.(165)
(165) فَلَمَّا نَسُوا مَا ذُكِّرُوا بِهِ أَنْجَيْنَا الَّذِينَ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ السُّوءِ وَأَخَذْنَا الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا بِعَذَابٍ بَئِيسٍ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْسُقُونَ
So when they forgot the remindings that had been given to them, We rescued those who forbade evil, but We seized those who did wrong with a severe torment because they used to rebel (disobey Allah).(165)
