അടിച്ചൊതുക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ആ ജനതയ്ക്ക്, നാം അനുഗ്രഹിച്ച, കിഴക്കും പടിഞ്ഞാറുമുള്ള ഭൂപ്രദേശങ്ങള് നാം അവകാശപ്പെടുത്തികൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ഇസ്രായീല് സന്തതികളില്, അവര് ക്ഷമിച്ചതിന്റെ ഫലമായി നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവിന്റെ ഉത്തമമായ വചനം നിറവേറുകയും, ഫിര്ഔനും അവന്റെ ജനതയും നിര്മിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നതും, അവര് കെട്ടി ഉയര്ത്തിയിരുന്നതും നാം തകര്ത്ത് കളയുകയും ചെയ്തു.(137)
(137) وَأَوْرَثْنَا الْقَوْمَ الَّذِينَ كَانُوا يُسْتَضْعَفُونَ مَشَارِقَ الْأَرْضِ وَمَغَارِبَهَا الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا ۖ وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ الْحُسْنَىٰ عَلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ بِمَا صَبَرُوا ۖ وَدَمَّرْنَا مَا كَانَ يَصْنَعُ فِرْعَوْنُ وَقَوْمُهُ وَمَا كَانُوا يَعْرِشُونَ
And We made the people who were considered weak to inherit the eastern parts of the land and the western parts thereof which We have blessed. And the fair Word of your Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because of their endurance. And We destroyed completely all the great works and buildings which Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and his people erected.(137)
