ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും മേല് ആധിപത്യം ഉള്ളവനുമായ (അല്ലാഹുവില്). അല്ലാഹു എല്ലാകാര്യത്തിനും സാക്ഷിയാകുന്നു.(9)
(9) الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
Who, to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness over everything.(9)
