അവന്‍ ഏതൊരു വാക്ക്‌ ഉച്ചരിക്കുമ്പോഴും അവന്‍റെ അടുത്ത്‌ തയ്യാറായി നില്‍ക്കുന്ന നിരീക്ഷകന്‍ ഉണ്ടാവാതിരിക്കുകയില്ല.(18)

(18) مَا يَلْفِظُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ

Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).(18)
