നാം മനുഷ്യന് അനുഗ്രഹം ചെയ്താല് അവനതാ പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ് കളയുകയും, അവന്റെ പാട്ടിന് മാറിക്കളയുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവന്ന് തിന്മ ബാധിച്ചാലോ അവനതാ നീണ്ട പ്രാര്ത്ഥനക്കാരനായിത്തീരുന്നു.(51)
(51) وَإِذَا أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى الْإِنْسَانِ أَعْرَضَ وَنَأَىٰ بِجَانِبِهِ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ فَذُو دُعَاءٍ عَرِيضٍ
And when We show favour to man, he withdraws and turns away, but when evil touches him, then he has recourse to long supplications.(51)
