(നബിയേ,) കാര്യത്തിന്റെ തീരുമാനത്തില് നിനക്ക് യാതൊരു അവകാശവുമില്ല. അവന് (അല്ലാഹു) ഒന്നുകില് അവരുടെ പശ്ചാത്താപം സ്വീകരിച്ചേക്കാം. അല്ലെങ്കില് അവന് അവരെ ശിക്ഷിച്ചേക്കാം. തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര് അക്രമികളാകുന്നു.(128)
(128) لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ
Not for you (O Muhammad SAW, but for Allah) is the decision; whether He turns in mercy to (pardons) them or punishes them; verily, they are the Zalimun (polytheists, disobedients, and wrong-doers, etc.).(128)
