അങ്ങനെ അദ്ദേഹം പട്ടണത്തില് ഭയപ്പാടോടും കരുതലോടും കൂടി വര്ത്തിച്ചു. അപ്പോഴതാ തലേദിവസം തന്നോട് സഹായം തേടിയവന് വീണ്ടും തന്നോട് സഹായത്തിനു മുറവിളികൂട്ടുന്നു. മൂസാ അവനോട് പറഞ്ഞു: നീ വ്യക്തമായും ഒരു ദുര്മാര്ഗി തന്നെയാകുന്നു.(18)
(18) فَأَصْبَحَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ خَائِفًا يَتَرَقَّبُ فَإِذَا الَّذِي اسْتَنْصَرَهُ بِالْأَمْسِ يَسْتَصْرِخُهُ ۚ قَالَ لَهُ مُوسَىٰ إِنَّكَ لَغَوِيٌّ مُبِينٌ
So he became afraid, looking about in the city (waiting as to what will be the result of his crime of killing), when behold, the man who had sought his help the day before, called for his help (again). Musa (Moses) said to him: "Verily, you are a plain misleader!"(18)
