നിന്റെ കൈ നീ പിരടിയിലേക്ക് ബന്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടതാക്കരുത്. അത് (കൈ) മുഴുവനായങ്ങ് നീട്ടിയിടുകയും ചെയ്യരുത്. അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്ന പക്ഷം നീ നിന്ദിതനും കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടവനുമായിരിക്കേണ്ടിവരും.(29)
(29) وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ الْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًا مَحْسُورًا
And let not your hand be tied (like a miser) to your neck, nor stretch it forth to its utmost reach (like a spendthrift), so that you become blameworthy and in severe poverty.(29)
