ആദ് ജനതയിലേക്ക് അവരുടെ സഹോദരനായ ഹൂദിനെയും (നാം നിയോഗിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി.) അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങള് അല്ലാഹുവിനെ ആരാധിക്കുക. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അവനല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു ദൈവവുമില്ല. നിങ്ങള് കെട്ടിച്ചമച്ച് പറയുന്നവര് മാത്രമാകുന്നു.(50)
(50) وَإِلَىٰ عَادٍ أَخَاهُمْ هُودًا ۚ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُ ۖ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا مُفْتَرُونَ
And to 'Ad (people We sent) their brother Hud. He said, "O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him. Certainly, you do nothing but invent (lies)!(50)
