അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജനതയിലെ സത്യനിഷേധികളായ പ്രമാണിമാര് പറഞ്ഞു: തീര്ച്ചയായും നീ എന്തോ മൌഢ്യത്തില്പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള് കാണുന്നു. തീര്ച്ചയായും നീ കള്ളം പറയുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലാണെന്ന് ഞങ്ങള് വിചാരിക്കുന്നു.(66)
(66) قَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ إِنَّا لَنَرَاكَ فِي سَفَاهَةٍ وَإِنَّا لَنَظُنُّكَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ
The leaders of those who disbelieved among his people said: "Verily, we see you in foolishness, and verily, we think you are one of the liars."(66)
