നിര്ജീവാവസ്ഥയിലായിരിക്കെ നാം ജീവന് നല്കുകയും, നാം ഒരു (സത്യ) പ്രകാശം നല്കിയിട്ട് അതുമായി ജനങ്ങള്ക്കിടയിലൂടെ നടന്ന് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്റെ അവസ്ഥ, പുറത്ത് കടക്കാനാകാത്ത വിധം അന്ധകാരങ്ങളില് അകപ്പെട്ട അവസ്ഥയില് കഴിയുന്നവന്റെത് പോലെയാണോ? അങ്ങനെ, സത്യനിഷേധികള്ക്ക് തങ്ങള് ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് ഭംഗിയായി തോന്നിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.(122)
(122) أَوَمَنْ كَانَ مَيْتًا فَأَحْيَيْنَاهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُ نُورًا يَمْشِي بِهِ فِي النَّاسِ كَمَنْ مَثَلُهُ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍ مِنْهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
Is he who was dead (without Faith by ignorance and disbelief) and We gave him life (by knowledge and Faith) and set for him a light (of Belief) whereby he can walk amongst men, like him who is in the darkness (of disbelief, polytheism and hypocrisy) from which he can never come out? Thus it is made fair-seeming to the disbelievers that which they used to do.(122)
