തീര്ച്ചയായും ഞാന് നേര്മാര്ഗത്തില് ഉറച്ചുനിന്നു കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ മുഖം ആകാശങ്ങളും ഭൂമിയും സൃഷ്ടിച്ചവനിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞാന് ബഹുദൈവവാദികളില് പെട്ടവനേ അല്ല.(79)
(79) إِنِّي وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ حَنِيفًا ۖ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ
Verily, I have turned my face towards Him Who has created the heavens and the earth Hanifa (Islamic Monotheism, i.e. worshipping none but Allah Alone) and I am not of Al-Mushrikun (see V. 2:105)".(79)
