അപ്രകാരം അവരില് ചിലരെ മറ്റു ചിലരെക്കൊണ്ട് നാം പരീക്ഷണവിധേയരാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില് നിന്ന് അല്ലാഹു അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് ഇക്കൂട്ടരെയാണോ എന്ന് അവര് പറയുവാന് വേണ്ടിയത്രെ അത്. നന്ദികാണിക്കുന്നവരെപ്പറ്റി അല്ലാഹു നല്ലവണ്ണം അറിയുന്നവനല്ലയോ ?(53)
(53) وَكَذَٰلِكَ فَتَنَّا بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لِيَقُولُوا أَهَٰؤُلَاءِ مَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ بَيْنِنَا ۗ أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَعْلَمَ بِالشَّاكِرِينَ
Thus We have tried some of them with others, that they might say: "Is it these (poor believers) that Allah has favoured from amongst us?" Does not Allah know best those who are grateful?(53)
