അപ്പോള് നാം പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള് അതിന്റെ (പശുവിന്റെ) ഒരംശംകൊണ്ട് ആ മൃതദേഹത്തില് അടിക്കുക. അപ്രകാരം അല്ലാഹു മരണപ്പെട്ടവരെ ജീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള് ചിന്തിക്കുവാന് വേണ്ടി അവന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള് നിങ്ങള്ക്കവന് കാണിച്ചുതരുന്നു.(73)
(73) فَقُلْنَا اضْرِبُوهُ بِبَعْضِهَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يُحْيِي اللَّهُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَيُرِيكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
So We said: "Strike him (the dead man) with a piece of it (the cow)." Thus Allah brings the dead to life and shows you His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) so that you may understand.(73)
