എന്നാല് അക്രമികളായ ആളുകള് അവരോട് നിര്ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ട വാക്കിന്നു പകരം മറ്റൊരു വാക്കാണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്. അതിനാല് ആ അക്രമികളുടെ മേല് നാം ആകാശത്തു നിന്ന് ശിക്ഷ ഇറക്കി. കാരണം അവര് ധിക്കാരം കാണിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നത് തന്നെ.(59)
(59) فَبَدَّلَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا قَوْلًا غَيْرَ الَّذِي قِيلَ لَهُمْ فَأَنْزَلْنَا عَلَى الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا رِجْزًا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْسُقُونَ
But those who did wrong changed the word from that which had been told to them for another, so We sent upon the wrong-doers Rijzan (a punishment) from the heaven because of their rebelling against Allah's Obedience. (Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. I, Page 305).(59)
