സന്തോഷവാര്ത്ത അറിയിക്കുന്നവരും, താക്കീത് നല്കുന്നവരുമായ ദൂതന്മാരായിരുന്നു അവര്. ആ ദൂതന്മാര്ക്ക് ശേഷം ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് അല്ലാഹുവിനെതിരില് ഒരു ന്യായവും ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കാന് വേണ്ടിയാണത്. അല്ലാഹു പ്രതാപിയും യുക്തിമാനുമാകുന്നു.(165)
(165) رُسُلًا مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنْذِرِينَ لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ حُجَّةٌ بَعْدَ الرُّسُلِ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
Messengers as bearers of good news as well as of warning in order that mankind should have no plea against Allah after the Messengers. And Allah is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise.(165)
