നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്ഥിതിഗതികള് ഉറ്റുനോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവരത്രെ അവര് (കപടവിശ്വാസികള്) നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല് നിന്ന് ഒരു വിജയം കൈവന്നാല് അവര് പറയും; ഞങ്ങള് നിങ്ങളുടെ കൂടെയായിരുന്നില്ലേ എന്ന്. ഇനി അവിശ്വാസികള്ക്കാണ് വല്ല നേട്ടവുമുണ്ടാകുന്നതെങ്കില് അവര് പറയും; നിങ്ങളുടെ മേല് ഞങ്ങള് വിജയ സാധ്യത നേടിയിട്ടും വിശ്വാസികളില് നിന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ ഞങ്ങള് രക്ഷിച്ചില്ലേ എന്ന്. എന്നാല് ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിന്റെ നാളില് നിങ്ങള്ക്കിടയില് അല്ലാഹു വിധി കല്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. വിശ്വാസികള്ക്കെതിരില് അല്ലാഹു ഒരിക്കലും സത്യനിഷേധികള്ക്ക് വഴി തുറന്നുകൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല.(141)
(141) الَّذِينَ يَتَرَبَّصُونَ بِكُمْ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فَتْحٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ قَالُوا أَلَمْ نَكُنْ مَعَكُمْ وَإِنْ كَانَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ نَصِيبٌ قَالُوا أَلَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُمْ وَنَمْنَعْكُمْ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۚ فَاللَّهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا
Those (hyprocrites) who wait and watch about you; if you gain a victory from Allah, they say: "Were we not with you," but if the disbelievers gain a success, they say (to them): "Did we not gain mastery over you and did we not protect you from the believers?" Allah will judge between you (all) on the Day of Resurrection. And never will Allah grant to the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers.(141)
