അവരുടെ രഹസ്യാലോചനകളില് മിക്കതിലും യാതൊരു നന്മയുമില്ല. വല്ല ദാനധര്മ്മവും ചെയ്യാനോ , സദാചാരം കൈക്കൊള്ളാനോ, ജനങ്ങള്ക്കിടയില് രഞ്ജിപ്പുണ്ടാക്കാനോ കല്പിക്കുന്ന ആളുകളുടെ വാക്കുകളിലൊഴികെ. വല്ലവനും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ പൊരുത്തം തേടിക്കൊണ്ട് അപ്രകാരം ചെയ്യുന്ന പക്ഷം അവന് നാം മഹത്തായ പ്രതിഫലം നല്കുന്നതാണ്.(114)
(114) ۞ لَا خَيْرَ فِي كَثِيرٍ مِنْ نَجْوَاهُمْ إِلَّا مَنْ أَمَرَ بِصَدَقَةٍ أَوْ مَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ إِصْلَاحٍ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ ۚ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ ابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِ اللَّهِ فَسَوْفَ نُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا
There is no good in most of their secret talks save (in) him who orders Sadaqah (charity in Allah's Cause), or Ma'ruf (Islamic Monotheism and all the good and righteous deeds which Allah has ordained), or conciliation between mankind, and he who does this, seeking the good Pleasure of Allah, We shall give him a great reward.(114)
