തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഇതു നിര്‍ണായകമായ ഒരു വാക്കാകുന്നു.(13)

(13) إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ

Verily! This (the Quran) is the Word that separates (the truth from falsehood, and commands strict legal laws for mankind to cut the roots of evil).(13)
