എന്നാല് യാതൊരു ഉപായവും സ്വീകരിക്കാന് കഴിവില്ലാതെ, ഒരു രക്ഷാമാര്ഗവും കണ്ടെത്താനാകാതെ അടിച്ചൊതുക്കപ്പെട്ടവരായിക്കഴിയുന്ന പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളും കുട്ടികളും ഇതില് നിന്നൊഴിവാകുന്നു.(98)
(98) إِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةً وَلَا يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلًا
Except the weak ones among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way.(98)
