ഏതൊരാള്ക്കും തന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കളും അടുത്ത ബന്ധുക്കളും വിട്ടേച്ച് പോയ സ്വത്തിന് നാം അവകാശികളെ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങളുടെ വലംകൈകള് ബന്ധം സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവര്ക്കും അവരുടെ ഓഹരി നിങ്ങള് കൊടുക്കുക. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങള്ക്കും സാക്ഷിയാകുന്നു.(33)
(33) وَلِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مَوَالِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ عَقَدَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَآتُوهُمْ نَصِيبَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا
And to everyone, We have appointed heirs of that (property) left by parents and relatives. To those also with whom you have made a pledge (brotherhood), give them their due portion (by Wasiya - wills, etc.). Truly, Allah is Ever a Witness over all things.(33)
