അവരുടെ ശപഥങ്ങളെ അവര് ഒരു പരിചയാക്കിത്തീര്ത്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ അവര് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മാര്ഗത്തില് നിന്ന് (ജനങ്ങളെ) തടഞ്ഞു. അതിനാല് അവര്ക്ക് അപമാനകരമായ ശിക്ഷയുണ്ട്.(16)
(16) اتَّخَذُوا أَيْمَانَهُمْ جُنَّةً فَصَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُهِينٌ
They have made their oaths a screen (for their evil actions). Thus they hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, so they shall have a humiliating torment.(16)
