അവന്നാകുന്നു ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും ആധിപത്യം. അവന് ജീവിപ്പിക്കുകയും മരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവന് സര്വ്വകാര്യത്തിനും കഴിവുള്ളവനുമാണ്.(2)
(2) لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, It is He Who gives life and causes death; and He is Able to do all things.(2)
