അപ്പോള്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ (ദൈവിക നിയമത്തിന്‌) വിധേയരല്ലാത്തവരാണെങ്കില്‍(86)

(86) فَلَوْلَا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ غَيْرَ مَدِينِينَ

Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.)(86)
