തീര്‍ച്ചയായും വേദക്കാരില്‍ ഒരു വിഭാഗമുണ്ട്‌. അല്ലാഹുവിലും, നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട വേദത്തിലും, അവര്‍ക്ക്‌ അവതരിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട വേദത്തിലും അവര്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കും. (അവര്‍) അല്ലാഹുവോട്‌ താഴ്മയുള്ളവരായിരിക്കും. അല്ലാഹുവിന്‍റെ വചനങ്ങള്‍ വിറ്റ്‌ അവര്‍ തുച്ഛമായ വില വാങ്ങുകയില്ല. അവര്‍ക്കാകുന്നു തങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവിങ്കല്‍ അവര്‍ അര്‍ഹിക്കുന്ന പ്രതിഫലമുള്ളത്‌. തീര്‍ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹു അതിവേഗം കണക്ക്‌ നോക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു.(199)
(199) وَإِنَّ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَمَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ خَاشِعِينَ لِلَّهِ لَا يَشْتَرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا ۗ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ
And there are, certainly, among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), those who believe in Allah and in that which has been revealed to you, and in that which has been revealed to them, humbling themselves before Allah. They do not sell the Verses of Allah for a little price, for them is a reward with their Lord. Surely, Allah is Swift in account.(199)
