തീര്ച്ചയായും നാം അവരുടെ നേരെ ഒരു ചരല്കാറ്റ് അയച്ചു. ലൂത്വിന്റെ കുടുംബം അതില് നിന്ന് ഒഴിവായിരുന്നു. രാത്രിയുടെ അന്ത്യവേളയില് നാം അവരെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തി.(34)
(34) إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حَاصِبًا إِلَّا آلَ لُوطٍ ۖ نَجَّيْنَاهُمْ بِسَحَرٍ
Verily, We sent against them a violent storm of stones (which destroyed them all), except the family of Lout (Lot), whom We saved in last hour of the night,(34)
