നിന്റെ പാപത്തില് നിന്ന് മുമ്പ് കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയതും പിന്നീട് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതും അല്ലാഹു നിനക്ക് പൊറുത്തുതരുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടിയും, അവന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹം നിനക്ക് നിറവേറ്റിത്തരുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടിയും, നിന്നെ നേരായ പാതയിലൂടെ നയിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടിയുമാകുന്നു അത്.(2)
(2) لِيَغْفِرَ لَكَ اللَّهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ وَيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكَ وَيَهْدِيَكَ صِرَاطًا مُسْتَقِيمًا
That Allah may forgive you your sins of the past and the future, and complete His Favour on you, and guide you on the Straight Path;(2)
