നിങ്ങള് മരണത്തെ നേരില് കാണുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് നിങ്ങളതിന് കൊതിക്കുന്നവരായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോളിതാ നിങ്ങള് നോക്കിനില്ക്കെത്തന്നെ അത് നിങ്ങള് കണ്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞു.(143)
(143) وَلَقَدْ كُنْتُمْ تَمَنَّوْنَ الْمَوْتَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَلْقَوْهُ فَقَدْ رَأَيْتُمُوهُ وَأَنْتُمْ تَنْظُرُونَ
You did indeed wish for death (Ash-Shahadah - martyrdom) before you met it. Now you have seen it openly with your own eyes.(143)
