ഇത് മനുഷ്യര്ക്കായുള്ള ഒരു വിളംബരവും, ധര്മ്മനിഷ്ഠപാലിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് മാര്ഗദര്ശനവും, സാരോപദേശവുമാകുന്നു.(138)
(138) هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
This (the Quran) is a plain statement for mankind, a guidance and instruction to those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V. 2:2).(138)
