വല്ലവനും പരലോകത്തെ കൃഷിയാണ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതെങ്കില് അവന്റെ കൃഷിയില് നാം അവന് വര്ദ്ധന നല്കുന്നതാണ്. വല്ലവനും ഇഹലോകത്തെ കൃഷിയാണ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നതെങ്കില് നാം അവന് അതില് നിന്ന് നല്കുന്നതാണ്.അവന് പരലോകത്ത് യാതൊരു വിഹിതവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.(20)
(20) مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الْآخِرَةِ نَزِدْ لَهُ فِي حَرْثِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ نَصِيبٍ
Whosoever desires (with his deeds) the reward of the Hereafter, We give him increase in his reward, and whosoever desires the reward of this world (with his deeds), We give him thereof (what is written for him), and he has no portion in the Hereafter.(20)
