ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും താക്കോലുകള് അവന്റെ അധീനത്തിലാകുന്നു. അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം അവന് വിശാലമാക്കുന്നു. (മറ്റുള്ളവര്ക്ക്) അവന് അത് ഇടുങ്ങിയതാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. തീര്ച്ചയായും അവന് ഏത് കാര്യത്തെപ്പറ്റിയും അറിവുള്ളവനാകുന്നു.(12)
(12) لَهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth, He enlarges provision for whom He wills, and straitens (it for whom He wills). Verily! He is the All-Knower of everything.(12)
