എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ, ഭൂമിയില് മികച്ചുനില്ക്കുന്നവര് എന്ന നിലയില് ഇന്ന് ആധിപത്യം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് തന്നെ. എന്നാല് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ശിക്ഷ നമുക്ക് വന്നാല് അതില് നിന്ന് നമ്മെ രക്ഷിച്ചു സഹായിക്കാന് ആരുണ്ട്? ഫിര്ഔന് പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാന് (ശരിയായി) കാണുന്ന മാര്ഗം മാത്രമാണ് ഞാന് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് കാണിച്ചുതരുന്നത്. ശരിയായ മാര്ഗത്തിലേക്കല്ലാതെ ഞാന് നിങ്ങളെ നയിക്കുകയില്ല.(29)
(29) يَا قَوْمِ لَكُمُ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ ظَاهِرِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَنْ يَنْصُرُنَا مِنْ بَأْسِ اللَّهِ إِنْ جَاءَنَا ۚ قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ مَا أُرِيكُمْ إِلَّا مَا أَرَىٰ وَمَا أَهْدِيكُمْ إِلَّا سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ
"O my people! Yours is the kingdom this day, you are uppermost in the land. But who will save us from the Torment of Allah, should it befall us?" Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "I show you only that which I see (correct), and I guide you only to the path of right policy!"(29)
