ആര്ക്കു വേണ്ടി അവന് അനുമതി നല്കിയോ അവര്ക്കല്ലാതെ അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് ശുപാര്ശ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുകയുമില്ല. അങ്ങനെ അവരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളില് നിന്ന് പരിഭ്രമം നീങ്ങികഴിയുമ്പോള് അവര് ചോദിക്കും; നിങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് എന്താണു പറഞ്ഞതെന്ന് അവര് മറുപടി പറയും: സത്യമാണ് (അവന് പറഞ്ഞത്) അവന് ഉന്നതനും മഹാനുമാകുന്നു.(23)
(23) وَلَا تَنْفَعُ الشَّفَاعَةُ عِنْدَهُ إِلَّا لِمَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ ۚ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا فُزِّعَ عَنْ قُلُوبِهِمْ قَالُوا مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ ۖ قَالُوا الْحَقَّ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيرُ
Intercession with Him profits not, except for him whom He permits. Until when fear is banished from their (angels') hearts, they (angels) say: "What is it that your Lord has said?" They say: "The truth. And He is the Most High, the Most Great."(23)
