അവന്ന് (ഇബ്ലീസിന്) അവരുടെ മേല് യാതൊരധികാരവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. പരലോകത്തില് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരെ അതിനെ പറ്റി സംശയത്തില് കഴിയുന്നവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് നിന്ന് നാം തിരിച്ചറിയുവാന് വേണ്ടി മാത്രമാണിത്. നിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവ് ഏതു കാര്യവും നിരീക്ഷിച്ച് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവനാകുന്നു.(21)
(21) وَمَا كَانَ لَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ سُلْطَانٍ إِلَّا لِنَعْلَمَ مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِالْآخِرَةِ مِمَّنْ هُوَ مِنْهَا فِي شَكٍّ ۗ وَرَبُّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَفِيظٌ
And he (Iblis Satan) had no authority over them, except that We might test him, who believes in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt about it. And your Lord is a Hafiz over everything. (AllKnower of everything i.e. He keeps record of each and every person as regards deeds, and then He will reward them accordingly).(21)
