ഇതിനു മുമ്പ്; മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക് മാര്ഗദര്ശനത്തിനായിട്ട് സത്യാസത്യവിവേചനത്തിനുള്ള പ്രമാണവും അവന് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള് നിഷേധിച്ചവരാരോ അവര്ക്ക് കഠിനമായ ശിക്ഷയാണുള്ളത്. അല്ലാഹു പ്രതാപിയും ശിക്ഷാനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവനുമാകുന്നു.(4)
(4) مِنْ قَبْلُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَأَنْزَلَ الْفُرْقَانَ ۗ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ
Aforetime, as a guidance to mankind, And He sent down the criterion [of judgement between right and wrong (this Quran)]. Truly, those who disbelieve in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, for them there is a severe torment; and Allah is All-Mighty, All-Able of Retribution.(4)
