തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നാം വ്യക്തമായ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളും, നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പ് കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയവരുടെ (ചരിത്രത്തില് നിന്നുള്ള) ഉദാഹരണങ്ങളും, ധര്മ്മനിഷ്ഠപാലിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഉപദേശവും അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.(34)
(34) وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ آيَاتٍ مُبَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَثَلًا مِنَ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَمَوْعِظَةً لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
And indeed We have sent down for you Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) that make things plain, and the example of those who passed away before you, and an admonition for those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V. 2:2).(34)
