ഒരു വക്കിലിരുന്നുകൊണ്ട് അല്ലാഹുവെ ആരാധിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവനും ജനങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുണ്ട്. അവന്ന് വല്ല ഗുണവും വന്നെത്തുന്ന പക്ഷം അതില് അവന് സമാധാനമടഞ്ഞു കൊള്ളും. അവന്ന് വല്ല പരീക്ഷണവും നേരിട്ടാലോ, അവന് അവന്റെ പാട്ടിലേക്കുതന്നെ മറിഞ്ഞു കളയുന്നതാണ്. ഇഹലോകവും പരലോകവും അവന്ന് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. അതു തന്നെയാണ് വ്യക്തമായ നഷ്ടം.(11)
(11) وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ حَرْفٍ ۖ فَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ خَيْرٌ اطْمَأَنَّ بِهِ ۖ وَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ فِتْنَةٌ انْقَلَبَ عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهِ خَسِرَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةَ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْخُسْرَانُ الْمُبِينُ
And among mankind is he who worships Allah as it were, upon the very edge (i.e. in doubt); if good befalls him, he is content therewith; but if a trial befalls him, he turns back on his face (i.e. reverts back to disbelief after embracing Islam). He loses both this world and the Hereafter. That is the evident loss.(11)
