അല്ലെങ്കില് (അവരെ) ഉപമിക്കാവുന്നത് ആകാശത്തുനിന്നു ചൊരിയുന്ന ഒരു പേമാരിയോടാകുന്നു. അതോടൊപ്പം കൂരിരുട്ടും ഇടിയും മിന്നലുമുണ്ട്. ഇടിനാദങ്ങള് നിമിത്തം മരണം ഭയന്ന് അവര് വിരലുകള് ചെവിയില് തിരുകുന്നു. എന്നാല് അല്ലാഹു സത്യനിഷേധികളെ വലയം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാണ്.(19)
(19) أَوْ كَصَيِّبٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فِيهِ ظُلُمَاتٌ وَرَعْدٌ وَبَرْقٌ يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِمْ مِنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ مُحِيطٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ
Or like a rainstorm from the sky, wherein is darkness, thunder, and lightning. They thrust their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunderclap for fear of death. But Allah ever encompasses the disbelievers (i.e. Allah will gather them all together).(19)
